Spring Management Workshop
****NEW 2027 DATES**** Winter is ending… Spring is an exciting time for beekeepers! Are you prepared? Join us for a Spring Management workshop to discuss topics such as: Mite treatment – what is available and how to use them Spring feeding and nutrition - When, what and how? Unwrapping your hives – when? Preparing for splits or swarms There will be a question and answer period, so come armed with all your questions. This course is intended for beekeepers who have completed a beginner beekeeping course or are coming into their second year of beekeeping and beyond. We will not be covering topics on how to get started in beekeeping. - In-Person Workshop Join us at the Worker and Hive Education Hub: Unit 102, 4215 72 Ave SE, Calgary, AB Enjoy a hands-on learning environment, plus coffee and snacks while you learn.
