Small, bright yellow flowers scattered along the water’s edge resembling tiny clusters of star constellations. I wanted to create a light yet simple lace design, a breezy project that takes minimal yardage and effort to make, yet is so compelling and fun to knit, you can’t stop at just one (perfect for gift knitting, if you ask me or many of my test knitters). Meadowlight comes in 2 sizes (Mini and Medium), and each size comes with 3 options ("Original", "Colourblocked", "Embroidered"): Pattern Style Option 1: Original - worked in a single colour throughout the project 1 - Choose your size: Mini or Medium 2 - Choose your Color 1 3 - Select 'None' in Color 2 Pattern Style Option 2: Colourblocked - worked in Color 1 for main body and cast-off edge, and in Color 2 for the flower grid section(s) 1 - Choose your size: Mini or Medium 2 - Choose your Main Color in Color 1 3 - Choose your Contrast Color in Color 2 Pattern Style Option 3: Embroidered - worked in Color 1 throughout the piece with hand-embroidering the flowers in Color 2 in the grids instead of working the original lace ones 1 - Choose your size: Mini or Medium 2 - Choose your Main Color in Color 1 3 - If you want to use stash for the embroidery, select 'None' in Color 2. If you want an additional color in Le Petit Lambswool, select it in Color 2. You will then receive 1 skein for your embroidered flowers in contrast color, with which you can make up to approx. 240 flowers!
