Give your protein a holder designed around its size and capture chemistry. Custom tiliVISE positions a binding site inside an open DNA cavity for cryo-EM preparation. Adapt the holder geometry and choose a compatible binding component, including antibody, streptavidin, aptamer or DNA-based capture approaches. The aim is a defined local environment that keeps the bound protein separated from surrounding interfaces during vitrification.
