Unidentified Antique Old Men In The Wooden Chair Wax Doll

Sculpted wax portrait doll representing men in glasses sitting in the wooden chair. He is unmarked but there is handwritten word Mexico on the bottom of his shoe. His head and hands made of was like material (or resin?) - some cracked areas are present to his forehead - see photos. The rest of his body is soft cloth. Comes with a wooden chair.
