USB to Half Duplex TTL / RS485 Converter (IR-USB03)

Introduction The IR-USB03 is the latest PC USB interface board for mightyZAP actuators, designed as the successor to the legacy IR-USB02. This USB-to-RS-485 (or Half-Duplex TTL) converter board allows mightyZAP actuators to be connected directly to a PC, enabling convenient use of the Total Manager PC software. Through Total Manager, users can perform intuitive parameter configuration, real-time data monitoring, motion testing, and future firmware updates. While maintaining full compatibility with the core functions of the previous IR-USB02, the IR-USB03 introduces several improvements and new features: • International Standard USB Type-C connector • Mountable engineering plastic hard case • Built-in 120Ω terminating resistor • Enhanced electrical protection circuit Motor power must be supplied separately through the IR-USB03 power terminal, matching the operating voltage of the connected mightyZAP actuator (7.4V, 12V, or 24V). Both Half-Duplex TTL and RS-485 communication are supported.
