Nature's superfood! Foraged by bees from our hives in South Western Ontario, Canada. Pollen is a source of 250 nutrients, including Vitamins, and Flavanoids. It contains most of the essential Amino Acids. DISCLAIMER: Bee Pollen is a very concentrated form of common seasonal allergens. Start with less than one teaspoon a day. If symptoms develop, discontinue use immediately. We love to use dried bee pollen as a salad topper, as a smoothie ingredient, on top of toast with honey, or even mixed in to oatmeal.
