It was partially disgorged and has zero doasage (no added sugar). It doesn't go through malolactic conversion and has no added sulphites. Basically it's a unique Cornish sparkling wine made with minimal intervention from red grapes showcasing the vintage in all its glory. It also has a cork instead of a crown cap. Tasting Notes: It has a light mousse with aromas and flavours of sour cherry, raspberries and vanilla.
