Carolyn Friedlander has joined RSS as a guest designer and we want to roll out the welcome mat. Memento is her first collection in a few years and it is classic CF! The architectural motifs, lettering, penmanship, and overall aesthetic has been missing far too long from the quilt world. We also love Carolyn's unique palette. Her use of bright yellow, lilac, olive, blues and vibrant orange with neutrals is somehow totally unique and fits like a glove. Spark - There are many options here. I love the idea of seeing all of these fabric together and though immediately of the Glam Clam quilt because I love the contrast of the curved pieces with Carolyn's exacting lines.
