We are happy to help with any questions or concerns but please reach out before placing an order to shemakestransfers@gmail.com Step 1: Watch the auto gang sheet builder tutorial linked below https://youtu.be/_EYk8o_1E7M The auto-builder will automatically select the smallest size gang sheet required to fit all your images, saving you money on unwanted space! Step 2: Create an account with our gang sheet builder tool (optional but highly recommended). By creating an account you will be able to view past submissions and re-order them. IMPORTANT: if you edit your gang sheet after it's been submitted, we will need notice of that. Please email us to let us know. We will print the latest version available to us at the time of printing. We are not responsible for changes made after it's already been submitted. Step 3: Your gang sheets will be automatically added to your cart and payment is required. Without payment made, we will not receive your files on our end and they will not be printed. QUICK TIPS: Do NOT mirror your images. Images should be HIGH-QUALITY (300 dpi or more). Above 250dpi is acceptable. Images should be in .PNG format with a transparent background - no other format is accepted. Avoid pencil thin fonts or designs with very thin lines/details. Reach out via email if you have questions or concerns. Images with transparency backgrounds or pieces will not print as is shown (cloudy, ombre type smokey effects for example). If there's excess pixels or space around your image, make sure you trim it (see video link on how to do this using our software). Your image will print the size of the box displayed around your image. Make sure there's enough space in-between your images and they are not overlapping. The auto-builder tool will automatically do this for you. We cannot edit your gang sheets or work. Please double check before submitting them for print. WARNING: Your gang sheet will print exactly as it is shown to you and created by you. Images that are low-quality (less than 250-300 dpi) will appear as an ERROR with an exclamation mark (!) and indicate low-quality. If you choose to still submit these, they could print blurry and or pixelated. We cannot change this so please ensure your images are high-quality. No refunds or exchanges permitted.
