Rwanda Natural Processed Micro Lot

Most Rwandan coffee gets washed squeaky clean. Kageyo, a mountain mill that actually won Rwanda's Cup of Excellence, went the other way with this one. They left the cherry on and let the sun take over, drying the whole fruit on raised beds two thousand meters up. The cup lands loud and sweet, dark chocolate down low, raspberry flashing over the top. The sun ran the session. We just bagged it.
