Remove the protective transparent film. Place the tattoo face down onto the skin. Hold a wet cloth or sponge against the back of the tattoo for approximately 30 seconds. Carefully peel away the backing paper. How to Remove: Use household rubbing alcohol or baby oil. Allow approximately 10 seconds, then rub away the tattoo with cotton wool.
