BIG DAY for sausies (and those who love them). Because we just gave a major upgrade to everyone’s favorite tube-shaped vessel of joy. See, most vegan sausages are made from emulsified proteins and fats (a ‘sludge,’ if you will), resulting in a hotdog-like texture. But we yearned for a more authentic texture. So, we used the same technique butchers use to make high quality sausages. That’s right. By MINCING and casing our own signature whole cuts, combined with luscious fat cubes, we produce an authentic, coarse-ground banger that’s snappy, meaty, and bastes from within.
