This Moffat Hot Top Servery & Heated Gantry 2VG1 is a heavy-duty commercial food service unit designed for front-of-house operations. The flat, toughened glass hot top accommodates up to 2 × 1/1 GN containers and is is engineered to reuse residual heat rising from the hot cupboard underneath, dramatically optimizing its energy efficiency. The unit features a unique, forced-air heating cell that spreads heat completely evenly, eliminating cold spots. It has twin sliding doors for easy access and a heated gantry positioned overhead to maintain surface temperatures of plated dishes or trays while adding valuable presentation lighting and acting as a sneeze screen for front-of-house use.
