While both are gentle and affectionate, they also bring out each other’s playful side which is a joy to witness. Pip, the mum, is kind, affectionate and devoted to her person. She loves attention and companionship and forms deep bonds with those she trusts. She can be vocal when meeting new people or dogs, but she settles quickly once she feels comfortable. At home she may occasionally make her presence known through barking, though this is infrequent thanks to her current quiet surroundings. She is a lovely companion who brings warmth and loyalty into the home. Sky, her daughter, can be a little timid at first, but once she gets to know you she blossoms into a playful, loving girl full of puppyish excitement. She warms up beautifully and becomes a joyful, affectionate presence. Sky can also be a little vocal at times, usually because she joins in with Pip, but she is a sweet and relaxed girl overall. Both Pip and Sky adore their walks and enjoy spending a couple of hours exploring peaceful countryside locations. They are happiest in quiet environments where they don’t encounter many people or dogs, and they are not accustomed to busy roads or heavy traffic. Their ideal new home would reflect this calm lifestyle and will include a secure garden for them to enjoy. Pip and Sky can live with other dogs and would be suitable for a home with dog-savvy children aged eight and above. What matters most is finding a family who can offer them the gentle, peaceful environment they are used to, and who will cherish the beautiful bond they share.
