Serious Pig Corn Scratchings (35g)

A pork scratching without the pork, that's just as satisfying. Seriously. Our giant corn is grown high up in Peru's Cuzco Valley, harvested with care, fried until golden, then tossed in sage, sea salt and white pepper. The result is a deep, savoury crunch with all the moreish bite of a pork scratching and none of the pork. Vegan, gluten-free, and very much at home next to a cold beer. It also happens to carry a fraction of the saturated fat of a traditional scratching.
