Cultivated by roughly 1,200 local smallholders, these heirloom cherries are meticulously hand-sorted throughout an 18-day drying window and rested for four weeks to achieve a beautifully stable, clear profile. We selected this specific lot, Idido’s only washed coffee of the season, for its quintessential East African clarity.
