The Jan de Vries Flower Essences are combined from essences derived from European Plants, bushes and trees, including the familiar Bach Essences. To best serve the needs of people living in this demanding modern world, each blend includes essences for the relief of stress, alongside special requirements for each particular grouping. Many of us struggle from time to time with a habit or behaviour; whether it be a chocolate or sugar craving, smoking something more serious. These habits can lead to feelings of self disgust, guilt, over indulgence and dependency. Combining the flower essences of Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Agrimony, Crab Apple, Tansy, Walnut, Chicory, Cherry Plum, Self Heal and Morning Glory, our Craving Essence can increase the ability to feel more in control, on top of things, serene and improve self image. Directions For Use: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please seek professional healthcare advice before using this product.
