Mrs Rogers Tarragon
A classic herb, with a zingy anise-like flavour. Widely used in French cuisine and has been used since early Greek times to flavour dishes. Partners well with other herbs and considered a necessity in every kitchen. It has an affinity with dairy products, eggs and creamy sauces also commonly used to flavour mustards, pickles and infused into oil or vinegar. Certified Organic by Biogro NZ.
