Free shipping both ways, with a prepaid return label in the box. 5-day audition window starts the day your demo is delivered; your return-by date is on the packing slip. A refundable authorization hold is placed on your card for the value of the unit. It's only charged if the demo isn't returned on time or comes back damaged, and is released when we receive it in like-new condition. Return terms — please read On time & like-new: ship it back by your return-by date in original condition and packaging — the hold is released, nothing further is charged. Late: reminders are sent before and on your due date. If it isn't shipped back within 2 days after the due date, a $15/day late fee applies. Not returned (7+ days past due): the demo becomes yours — we charge the authorization for the full $699 purchase price (less your $75 credit) and the audition converts to a sale. No return. Damage: if the unit returns damaged or incomplete, we charge repair/replacement cost from the hold. Demo units are a limited reservation pool and are inspected and sanitized between every audition. Buying a brand-new Encore is always available separately and ships immediately — reserving a demo never holds up a purchase.
