The Planet Earth Shirt 2 is a pared-back evolution of the original Planet Earth Shirt. That shirt was designed to tackle all kinds of temperatures and terrains, this one is engineered to take on time. It’s optimised for structural endurance, built with more material science, more reinforcement, fewer moving parts, fewer complex systems and fewer potential failure points.The shirt is built with Twaron®, a para-aramid fibre used in body armour, aerospace parts and industrial systems where material failure has life and death consequences.We’ve woven it into a dense, non-stretch material, used twin-needle stitching and reinforced seams in the construction, and metal snap fastenings instead of buttons, which are often the first thing to fail.The Planet Earth Shirt 2 is engineered to take long-term wear and repeated stress and built on the assumption that it won’t be treated carefully. It’s not indestructible, but it is designed to fail very, very slowly.
