Vintage Modernist 1970s Pentti Sarpaneva Finnish Silver Pitsi Cufflinks 1976

Vintage Finnish silver cufflinks designed by Pentti Sarpaneva for Turun Hopea. The rectangular fronts feature the open textured Pitsi or Lace design, combining a polished frame with an irregular web-like centre. There is a personalised engraved inscription. Size: Fronts 1.7cm x 2.2cm Marks: Turun Hopea maker's mark, Finnish crown mark, 830H, Turku city mark, date letter Y7 for 1976 This has been cleaned & polished ready to wear.Wear commensurate with age.All my items are Antique, Vintage & Preloved, please expect age related wear & tear.
