Description The FIRGELLI Industrial Linear Actuator is built for the toughest environments, delivering up to 2,200 lbs (10,000 N) up to 35" stroke and 1,910 lbs in the 40" stroke. With IP66 environmental protection, featuring integrated limit switches and Hall-sensor feedback, this unit is engineered for rugged reliability in outdoor, agricultural, and industrial automation applications. For basic operation, simply use the standard 2-wire hookup — the actuator will stop automatically at each end of travel thanks to the built-in limit switches. The included Hall sensor wires are optional and allow for precise position monitoring if required. High-Precision Feedback: Built-in Hall sensor (0.049mm per pulse) included on all units for optional synchronization or position control. Built-In Limit Switches: Internal non-adjustable switches automatically shut off the motor at full extension and retraction to protect equipment. Ball-Screw Drive: Provides higher efficiency, speed, and durability compared to standard lead screws. Manual Override Mechanism: Built-in manual drive interface (hex/lead screw access) enables controlled extension and retraction using a standard 6mm wrench during power interruption. Wide Temperature Range: Operates reliably from -40°C to +65°C (-40°F to 150°F). Stroke Options: Available in increments from 10" to 40". Maintenance-Free: Sealed design requires no ongoing maintenance. Accessories: Compatible with MB-18 Brackets, Rocker Switches, and Remote Controls. *Wiring Note: Connect the two heavy-gauge wires to a DC power source (12V or 24V depending on model) to extend; reverse polarity to retract. The smaller gauge wires are for the Hall Sensor feedback (optional).
