Spicy rainbow trout in extra virgin olive oil

A fillet of flavourful, buttery-textured trout packed in extra virgin olive oil with chilli. The rainbow trout is farmed close to the cannery and hand filleted whilst fresh by skilled artisans. Diplomats is a renowned Latvian tinned fish brand, with a history dating back to 1907. The fish is canned using 100% artisanal methods in a state of the art cannery in the seaside village of Engure, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga.
