Curves, curves, curves! – an online group workshop, October 24th

This is a four hour online workshop that will be recorded for you to rewatch at your leisure and/or if you can’t make the live class. We will work through an extensive range of curve sizes and techniques with the goal to elevate your curve piecing. My aim is to make you enjoy working with curves as much as I do. You can choose to watch the workshop and sew later, or bring a few fat quarters of fabric and my acrylic templates (or the paper templates included in class) and play along during my demos. Itinerary: Workshop – Saturday October 24th, 5pm-9pm BST World Time Buddy 9am-1pm PDT 11am-3pm CDT 12pm-4pm EDT Included: •Four hour workshop (via zoom) •PDF paper templates for you to print •The recording of the workshop Supplies list: •Sewing machine •Quality fine sewing thread (40 or 50wt) in neutral or to match your project •Cutting mat •Rotary cutter •Pins •Seam ripper •Access to a printer (for the paper templates) OR my Acrylic templates* Level: Suitable for all levels. No previous curve experience is required but general quilting knowledge is assumed (how to use a rotary cutter, sew with an accurate seam allowance etc). My online workshops are non refundable but the live sessions are all recorded for you to watch (and watch again) at a mater date. *The Complete and the Multiple Drunkard’s Path sets are the main sets used in class but a few Oval and Long Oval shapes might be thrown in too.
