Cook them low and slow on the barbecue, smoke them for a few hours, or finish them in the oven with your favourite glaze. A simple dry rub is all they need; the Mangalitsa does the talking. Average weight 1.25kg. Dispatched via courier. During warmer months raw meat may be frozen before dispatch. Order by 9am Wednesday to guarantee same week delivery.
