WEDNESDAY AUGUST 26 (PASS CHRISTIAN) Women, Cheese and the History of Cheesemaking
Join Jess at the Pass in an exploration of the relationship between women, cheesemaking and agriculture throughout history with special guest Erin from Blueberry Hollow Farms. You will taste a selection of cheeses produced by women owned creameries and delve into their pioneering efforts in cheesemaking. We'll also dig into the relationships that shape cheese over time, taste and how you can currently best support our Mississippi farm to table community!
