Our Droëwors is made in Western Australia from quality WA beef, traditionally seasoned and naturally air-dried to develop the distinctive texture and rich, savoury flavour that makes droëwors, well, droëwors. Thick Traditional is dried right through for a firm, dense texture and a good, hard chew that releases its savoury flavour slowly. Thin Traditional has that unmistakable snap when you bite into it, giving way to a slightly softer, more succulent centre. There is no delicate way to eat droëwors. Bite in, snap off a piece and enjoy. Two textures. Same tradition. Entirely a matter of how you like your droëwors. Available in Thick Traditional and Thin Traditional and Thin Chilli.
