Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This exclusive EVOO was selected by the owners of Kiler Ridge as a tribute to the first olives brought to California and to showcase the distinctive Mission olive variety. Made from non-estate-grown Mission olives, this medium-intensity oil is smooth and fresh, with notes of green grass and arugula. It has a balanced character that makes it especially versatile for everyday cooking and finishing. We’re excited to offer this limited Mission varietal as a unique addition to our collection. It can be enjoyed in many of the same ways as our Coratina, and its smooth, fresh profile makes it especially delicious drizzled over potatoes and grilled vegetables or served with fresh bread for dipping.
