2024 Phaeton Pinot Noir

25% Piccadilly Valley, 75% Lenswood. An elegant vibrant style of Pinot, with a dense core of fruit and beautiful aromatic fragrance the Phaeton is still delicate and pure with scents of wild strawberries and cherry, together with a little spice, and a touch of warm earthiness. 10% of whole bunch fermentation provides spice and structure to this wine, 40% new french oak. It perfectly showcases the delicate characters of Pinot Noir from the Lenswood and Piccadilly sub-regions.
