Poon's Extraordinary Chilli Oil is a rich, savoury chilli oil made with salted black beans, ginger, garlic and a mix of crushed and bird's eye chilli in rapeseed oil, more depth than heat, with a distinctive umami kick. Made using a recipe handed down from Bill Poon, London's first Chinese Michelin-starred chef. Drizzle over our meals or sides to give them a delicious spicy kick!
