Stroup Knives

Stroup Knives produces rugged, American-made knives built for hard use, everyday carry, tactical applications, and the outdoors. Veteran-owned and handmade in North Carolina, their knives are primarily crafted from 1095 high-carbon steel, heat-treated in-house to approximately 57–59 HRC Rockwell hardness for an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and field sharpenability. Built with durable full-tang construction and mission-focused designs, Stroup Knives are made for dependable performance when it matters most.
