An absolute cracker of a Chardy! Showing hints of those famous toasty characters, with a golden tinge and delicate buttery popcorn flavours. Medium oak, perfectly balanced with a crisp, citrusy, lingering mouthfeel. Barrel-fermented in French oak, using single-strain yeasts. Will keep developing for the next few years, getting even richer and creamier. Brilliant with cooked seafood, creamy chicken pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
