(EL950) HSS-E (M35) Counterbore
YG-1 EL950 HSS-E three-flute counterbore is a bright-finish tool for 180° capscrew seating. It uses a solid pilot to machine fillister screw caps or ejector caps in moulds. Medium-series options cover M3 to M12 screw sizes, with pilot diameters from 3.4 to 14 mm. Cutter diameters span 6 to 20 mm and pair with plain shanks. Plain shank diameters range from 5 to 12.5 mm, while overall lengths range from 71 to 100 mm. Three flutes support the series design for the specified 180° capscrew application. These counterbores are intended for screw-cap and ejector-cap machining in mould applications where a solid pilot is required.
