Best Served - Imperial Pastry Stout

Best Served is a brand new Imperial Pastry Stout, brewed to celebrate our Sixth Stout SZN release, inspired by the now ultra famous Biscoff biscuit. We kicked this decadent beauty off with a biscuit malt heavy stout base to keep the roast restrained and to let the additional flavours really shine. We then conditioned it on Speculoo’s Syrup, Cinnamon and spices to really bring those Biscoff notes. Pour this thick delight into your finest snifter and be met with a gorgeous slow cascading caramel tan head. On the nose those cinnamon and spice notes are really bursting through, followed by caramelised and fresh baked biscuits. Take a sip and you’ll be greeted with those same flavours up front, with some bakers chocolate sweetness and just a touch of roast to really round it all out. The finish is silky smooth, with a lingering clean roast finish to balance out the sweetness. Best served with 1 or 2 Biscoff’s (or maybe 3, we won’t judge).
