Echoes of the Daisies

Richard was born and raised in Margate, a small coastal town in KZN, South Africa. My passion started at a very young age when the beauty of nature inspired me. I am an avid garden and nature lover. I am a landscaper for a local garden center in my hometown. I started pencil sketches at about the age of 10 years old, drawing flowers, wildlife, and still life. I then started painting in 2015 and developed a strong passion for oil paintings. My homeland (South African) landscapes are the inspiration for my paintings. I have become best known for my sky techniques and water lilies scenes.
