Crafted at the historic Domaine La Bargemone near Aix-en-Provence, whose origins date back to the Knights Templar in the 13th century, this exceptional Rosé combines centuries of winemaking heritage with modern craftsmanship and a deep commitment to sustainability. The organically farmed vineyards stretch across the Trévaresse plateau, where warm Mediterranean sunshine, cool nights and the refreshing Mistral allow the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving remarkable freshness and elegance. Surrounded by olive groves, pine forests and flourishing biodiversity, the estate produces wines that beautifully express the unique terroir of Provence. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are gently cold-pressed before the juice spends an extended period on its fine lees to build aromatic complexity. Midway through fermentation, the wine is transferred into French oak barrels, where it matures for twelve months with regular bâtonnage. This meticulous ageing creates exceptional depth, a silky texture and remarkable complexity while maintaining the freshness and precision that define great Provence Rosé. The nose reveals refined aromas of wildflower honey, delicate linden blossom and peach preserve.
