Two wonderful teachers, two distinct styles — choose whichever practice (and date) suits you: Flow with Lucy Wake up your mind and body with a vibrant, breathing-led Vinyasa flow. Build deep strength and stable alignment through dynamic balance challenges and core-focused sequencing. Each fluid transition becomes a moving meditation to anchor you in the present moment, leaving you feeling energised and empowered. Practice with Lilia Carve out time for yourself, to withdraw your senses and connect to the layers of your being. Lilia guides you through a practice that moves between different techniques and teachings — centring and being with your breath, episodes of flow and release, and moments of gathering strength. Your body was made to be experienced.
