Aromatic and expressive, with wild cherry, strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, alongside floral notes of rose and a subtle almond character. On the palate it is juicy, fresh and distinctly savoury, with lively acidity, a light mineral/stony quality and enough structure to make it feel closer to a light red than a delicate rosé.Ageing/Vinification: The grapes undergo partial cryomaceration / short skin contact, extracting the characteristic deep cherry-pink colour and vibrant fruit while avoiding excessive extraction. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at approximately 15–18°C. The wine then rests on its fine lees, with roughly six months in stainless steel followed by bottle ageing.
