ETHIOPIA GUJI, LESLIE SHONORA URAGA

This coffee was produced by Lelise Shonora and her husband, Sida Udessa, in the Uraga area of Ethiopia’s East Guji Zone. Together, they manage an expansive coffee farm situated among the high elevations and fertile landscapes that have made Guji one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Lelise Shonora comes from a deeply rooted coffee- growing family led by patriarch Shonora Gata, who helped establish some of the earliest washing stations TASTING NOTES: JUICY ACIDITY, RIPE STRAWBERRY, FULL BODY, FLORAL in the Guji region. Generations of coffee knowledge, cultivation practices, and community leadership have shaped the family’s approach to production. Today, Lelise and Sida continue that legacy through careful farm management, selective harvesting, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
