A 1972 Cuthbertson & Cassian (C&C) 35 Mark I, a desirable classic racer-cruiser sailboat with a hull speed of 7.03 knots. The vessel is currently in storage on the Hard at Bridgeview Harbour Marina in Port Henry, NY on Lake Champlain.
