"BAD ROAST" 62% Dark
Sometimes in production we don't quite get the roast right. These beans are of exceptionally high quality, however didn't even reach the point of a light roast. We noticed they had incredible floral and fruit-forward notes, so decided to make a sweet dark chocolate with them. The result? Incredibly interesting from our perspective. All of the existing aromatic notes are highlighted by the sugar to create a chocolate unlike any other we have made. A sweet, viscous mouth feel, layered with sweet fruit notes and subtle floral attributes.
