Violetta 2024 - Mas Foulaquier

👨🏼‍🌾 Red wine made by Pierre Jéquier & Blandine Chauchat (Mas Foulaquier).A free cuvée, built on old Carignan vines from Les Tonillières, complemented by Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah (a blend resulting from vintage variations). Aged for one year in concrete tanks to preserve the fruit. The nose bursts with Morello cherry and red fruits, with a hint of crushed leaves. On the palate, it is silky, fresh, and delicious, with an assumed drinkability and a clean finish. Very low SO₂, organic farming and conversion.
