Whiskey Club Fall Release Event

Open to all Whiskey Club Members Bird Creek Fall Release: September 10th, 2026 Join us at the Bird Creek Tasting Room for the release of our Distiller's Reserve, a staff-created blend inspired by the creativity and structure of our Summit blending process. Built from select barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry casks, this release explores and richer and more layered flavor profile with notes of dried fruit, oak, baking spice, and dark sweetness. Distiller's Reserve represents a direction we believe could become a future flagship specialty release for Bird Creek Whiskey. Guests are invited to experience the whiskey through guided tasting and purchase bottles during the event.
