Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge. RETURNS NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. In general, we do not give partial refunds to resolve order issues. For quality control and verification purposes, we prefer that the buyer returns the item for a refund or replacment. Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery. A 15% restocking fee is charged if the item went through a setup process. Only items with hardware issues can be returned during the 90 day warranty period.
