Hunting the heavens 24x30

Stealthy and sleek as a passing shadow, this mountain lion strides forward with purpose and elegance. I used my own photo resource for this painting, using both spray paint and gold metal leafing for the background. The cougar is all oils, my favorite medium upon the smooth aluminum surface. This contemporary piece is wired and ready to hang with a shadow mount framing that is hidden on the back, allowing the artwork to virtually float on the wall. It will cast its own shadow upon the wall making its own statement in your home.
