Domaine Migot makes my favorite sparkler of the summer. It’s 100% organically farmed Gamay in France’s fringe appellation of Côtes de Toul — and wait for it — Méthode Traditionnelle. The wine is outrageously juicy without ever feeling sweet, and every bubble finds its crevice on the palate, bursting with berry crunch freshness.
