Vicoletto is a bright, breezy wine that brims with citrus, orchard fruit, and a savoury, mineral edge. Made from organically grown Catarratto grapes, it captures the sunshine and wild charm of this traditional Sicilian variety. Slightly hazy in colour thanks to its natural winemaking, this Catarratto delivers expressive aromas of zesty citrus, peach, crisp apple, and a touch of wild herbs. On the palate, it’s dry and fresh, with flavours of lemon peel, green apple, and stone fruit, finishing with a lightly saline twist and a subtle almond note for extra complexity.
