Sparkling Medium Perry A multi season blend of classic perry pear varietals like Blakeney Red, Red Pear, Red Longdon, Gin & Butt. Very fruity citrus esters on opening this crystal clear perry. Taste of melon & pear, with a touch of rhubarb & gooseberry gives a really tasty, zesty perry with lovely astringency providing a backbone. Full mouthfeel that just shouts classic citrus fruit perry. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 6% vol.
