Drawing inspiration from community dining and the pleasures of deep diving into the art of cooking, this experience helps you engage all five senses when you're in the kitchen. The theme for this cookalong is Italian cuisine (Pasta making). The cookalong: Learn to make pasta dough from scratch, 1 stuffed pasta (Ravioli with spinach ricotta filling), 1 flat pasta (Fettuccine), sage butter and arrabbiata sauces. The meal: Relish the pasta that you make along with a Bruschetta platter. Participants can take home the flat pasta they make. Note: The cookalong includes egg/eggless options.
