Andres Martinez - Caturra Floral We are excited to be offering another coffee from Andres. His Semi-Washed Gesha was stunning earlier this year and this Caturra is no different! The Caturra floral undergoes a 24 hour fermentation after it is depulped to boost the floral characteristics before it is then dried on raised beds increasing sun exposure over the drying period for around two to three weeks.
